Terms of Use
These Terms describe the intended product boundary of the current pre-launch Beta. Company, licence, payment, support and consumer information will be completed before commercial release.

1. Purpose of the software
Advantage Count is blackjack analysis, simulation and training software. It is not a casino, gambling operator, betting intermediary or automated playing system. It does not accept, place or settle wagers and is not affiliated with any gambling operator.
2. Eligibility
You may use the software only if you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The software itself does not provide access to gambling. If you participate in gambling, you must meet the legal gambling age and all other requirements in your jurisdiction. In Belgium, the legal gambling age is 21.
3. Licence and use
Subject to these Terms, you may use Advantage Count as an analysis, simulation, training and software-evaluation tool. The software performs calculations from data entered manually by the user. You decide when, where and how to use its outputs and remain responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law, venue rules and third-party terms.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use, modify or combine Advantage Count:
- to automate wagers or gameplay, control or interact with a gambling interface, scrape protected systems or bypass technical restrictions;
- to access any account, system or information without authorization;
- to facilitate unlawful gambling, fraud or deceptive conduct;
- in a way that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.
5. User responsibility
You are responsible for checking applicable law and every operator’s current terms before using the software in connection with any gambling activity. Availability of a technical feature does not mean its use is lawful or contractually permitted.
6. No financial advice or guaranteed result
Outputs are mathematical estimates or model results, not financial advice and not a promise of profit. Blackjack involves variance and the risk of losing the entire amount wagered. No counting, strategy, expected-value or bankroll model eliminates that risk.
7. Beta software and accuracy boundaries
The software is under active development. Results may be exact, approximate, simulated or strategy-only as disclosed by the application. Certified strategy coverage is ruleset-specific. Bugs, incomplete coverage and interruptions may occur. You must independently verify important results.
8. Intellectual property
Advantage Count, its interface, original code, branding and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No ownership is transferred under these Terms.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect users, the product, third parties or legal compliance, including suspected prohibited use.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advantage Count is not liable for gambling losses, account restrictions, operator action or decisions made using the software. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
11. Governing terms
The final governing-law, consumer-dispute, seller identity, contact, withdrawal and subscription provisions must be completed before any paid launch.
