WHY THE ANSWER CAN CHANGE
The same hand can have a different answer.
For a hard 16 against 10, excluding a pair of eights and with surrender unavailable, the default is commonly Hit in multi-deck games. An applicable count profile may change the action to Stand. Advantage Count connects the answer to the active rules and strategy source.

Training can improve decision quality, but it cannot control card order, eliminate variance, remove the house edge in every game or guarantee profit. Results still depend on rules, accuracy of inputs, execution and chance.

Labels such as EXACT, APPROX, SIMULATION and STRATEGY tell you how a result was produced. They are not presented as equally certain.
