Privacy Notice

This notice describes the current pre-launch website and local-first Beta. The legal entity, hosting details, contact address, retention periods and any future analytics or payment providers will be added before commercial release.

1. Current data model

The current Beta stores rulesets, sessions, trainer statistics and related application state locally on the user’s device. The pre-launch website does not currently provide accounts, payments or a working beta application form.

2. Website technical data

Like most hosted websites, the hosting infrastructure may process limited technical request data needed for security and delivery, such as IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser information and error diagnostics. The final notice must identify the controller, processor, lawful basis and retention period.

3. No sale of personal data

Advantage Count does not currently sell personal data or use it for casino affiliate targeting.

4. Future beta applications

Before collecting beta applications, this notice will be updated to state exactly what information is collected, why it is needed, how long it is retained and which service providers receive it. Optional marketing consent must remain separate from essential beta communication.

5. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority. Contact instructions will be added before personal data is actively collected.

6. Security and changes

Reasonable technical and organizational measures will be used to protect personal data. This notice will change as accounts, support, analytics, payments or cloud synchronization are introduced.
